Our response to COVID-19

WE ARE STILL OPERATING DURING COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS
We’ve made changes to the way we work to ensure the safety of our workforce and communities during the COVID-19 pandemic.
HEALTH AND SAFETY

Our health and safety strategy focuses on:

  • Personal and workplace hygiene
  • Increased cleaning regimes
  • Staff adhering to social distancing requirements.

If someone in our workforce becomes ill with COVID-19-related symptoms or has suspected exposure, we have processes in place for medical attention, isolation and notification of health authorities.

We’ve also done extensive business continuity planning to ensure our work can continue during the pandemic.

We’re following the latest advice and guidelines from the Australian Government Department of Health. Within those guidelines, and with the health and safety measures we have in place, we are committed to maintaining an uninterrupted service for our customers.

Melbourne public drop-offs have been suspended until further notice for public safety.
