Smithfield Site Visitor Instructions

1. Sign in the visitor register.
2. Report to office immediately on arrival.
3. Complete a safety induction for the first time visit.

All visitors must remain on the designated walkway system or be accompanied by their designated personnel at all times.

High-visibility clothing and enclosed shoes are mandatory at all times.

Safety shoes must be worn when entering the shop floor area.

Hazards on site:

• Sharp objects (staples, nails, springs)
• Forklift traffic
• Trucks reversing
• Heavy machinery in use
